Why sprouted?

We take our highest grade Nonpareil Almonds and soak them for about 12 hours until the almond actually begins to sprout! This releases enzymes that allow your body to absorb more of the nutrients and makes it easier to digest. We dehydrate the almonds at the lowest temperature possible to preserve the nutrients while creating a delicious crunch.
